I am a 24/m 5'10 and weigh 190lbs. I am looking to begin to lose some weight. I am looking for any kind of information on the best way to go about this. I have done research but there is a lot of different ways, I am looking for the most effective. I am going to be joining a gym soon, so I will have access to all of the necessary equipment.
